Mark and Alicia are quick with great service appreciate how professional, friendly, and great at answering all my questions. Highly recommend checking them out for bonds. read more

The people that work here are extremely thorough and also attentive when you ask any questions. Trying to ask questions about bonds and everything related can be daunting and frustrating. They gave the extra hand of filling in any things that you're confused about. They even introduced me to some good lawyers they know. The staff here will help you every step of the way and explain to you if you're feeling overwhelmed and lost. I really like them a lot. Good people. read more

Rude very rude I went in to help someone else and they treated me as if I was the criminal or as if I owed them money. I would rate a zero if I could. Woman was whispering to the mark that works there about something, when I was talking they ignored me. I asked them to tell me how the process works as I have never tried to help someone before they blatantly ignored me. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else. Mark was rude the woman was rude very unprofessional. read more

If you are ever in a jam this is the place to go to! I can't even begin to say how much I appreciate the staff here. It's been a long time coming and they work with you with the payments. (Luckily my payments were always on time) but if I was a day late they were very understanding. I really have to say Michelle made my night with my little gift she gave me! I even left them a gift as well. Very understanding and supportive staff...so if any questions needed I would refer speaking to Michelle. Tony was nice as well, although he might try to make you laugh with his little joke about his name Overall I am glad this was the place I was referred to when things got rough for me. Thank you Act Fast Bail Bonds! read more

Very nice and made you feel comfortable. Safe location and who ever you may work with does it with ease

If I could give this place 0 stars I would . They are fraudulent. My boyfriend got arrested , he had called them from jail and asked if they could bail him out . They said yes and that he would need to return to their office 2 hours after his release to set up a payment plan . They never showed up so I called them , they told me they were waiting for me to bring the 3,500 dollars before going to the jail . I told them that we weren't under the impression that money had to be given today and I would have to discuss with my boyfriend first . They hung up in my face . If I wanted to spend 3,500 I would've bailed him out myself that is outrageous. And then this morning they called me to follow up and said they were calling to follow up on Jesse at sac county . Who's Jesse ?!??!? Definitely was not my boyfriend's name . After reading other reviews about how they made someone Zelle the money over with no paper work and never posted bail for the inmate it's became absolutely apparent to me that these people prey on people in desperate times and measures . Please listen to this warning and do not go here no matter how desperate you're . They'll only make it worse ! read more

On 10/30 I called act fast bail bonds to bail my brother out and the bail was never posted and now they refuse to refund me the money back and she won't answer my phone call she's trying to scam me for 1000 dollars when there was no bail rendered or processed the police called me. And informed me she doing something illegal which is stealing my money so I'm gonna go file a police report and file fraudulent charges with the bank. I would not recommend you use this bails bondsman there was no bell rendered I signed no paperwork I Zelle her the money she went to go process the bill. The bill was never processed it and now she won't respond to giving me my refund. read more

Quick and fast mark help me and sent me to Alicia and got my family out in couple hrs.

Ladies that work in the office are very rude unprofessional once they had my money they treated me like shit! I got my husband bailed out and thought I would give this place a try since I have family and friends that know the owner and I met the owner once he's really nice he just needs to hire some new people in his office because the ones in there now are making his business look bad! And they don't keep track of any payments I paid my husband full bail and I'm still getting calls from them saying we still owe money it's ridiculous! read more

This review is for Corinna. Corinna dealt with me during a very trying time for my family. She was patient, courteous, and very knowledgeable about the overall process to help my family member. I will forever be in her debt. Thank you Act Fast for employing Corinna, she is the best! read more

I recommend act fast! They move very fast and are very kind. Michelle is great and i loved working with her!

I called to get a quote and when I said my a family member was on the way there instead of me being on the phone the lady got super rude and raised her voice. It was the worse customer service !! Like a family member in jail is a stressful situation and when the person who is supposed to help you gets rude , yeah no I'll take my money else where. 0 stars read more

The criminal justice system is deeply unjust; Mel at Act Fast is the silver lining. You never want to find yourself needing this type of service, but this is the place to call if you do. I inquired about bailing out a family member and was met with poor customer service provided by Jeneah. She was extremely rude and unprofessional and the air that surrounded her gave off a foul fishy odor. Highly don't recommend. read more

I was a little overwhelmed with the idea of my loved one being arrested but act fast was definitely the best in helping me overcome those feelings. I went in on a Saturday when all banks were closed & they were considerate enough to help me with a payment plan with whatever cash I had on me at the time. They were very understanding and helpful and made sure I fully understood the contract before signing anything. Great people and company to work with! I left feeling very relieved. My loved one was released an hour later. read more

The company's name Act Fast isn't just a name it is exactly how they conduct business on your behalf! Carlos, Rhonda and Yolie are exceptional and compassionate people they went above and beyond in assisting me getting several family members released within days apart. Also, during the entire process they all kept reassuring me that they were working on behalf of my family and that was definitely comforting to know and witness during such a stressful moment. If, I was asked to give a recommendation to a bails bond it would definitely be Act Fast and, if my family is ever to need this type of service again we will definitely be calling upon Act Fast. Once again, thank you Act Fast staff for your assistance in our time of need. You guys are awesome! read more

Hopefully their bail bonds service is worlds better than how their guys drive!! In Roseville today, attached is the picture on the car, plate MONTEZ9. Driving as reckless as you possibly could, in addition to almost hitting me and the van turning in front of me, as he made an illegal advance straight into the intersection from a right turn only lane, he made 6 lane changes without a blinker, almost hitting one other car on Galleria while blowing the speed limit. I didn't call the company to report, as I figured that knowing my luck it would have been the owner driving like an idiot. The info has been posted on Nextdoor. My next call is to Roseville PD. read more

Act Fast is most definitely the way they worked on behalf of  two of my family members who were in need of making six-figure bails. Needless to say, they were detained at the same time. My family members had high bonds, and that did not stop Act Fast Bail Bond from  getting them released. They worked with me and did not ask for five co-signers as other bail bonds did. They set up reasonable payment plans for my family members, who were released. Carlos and Rhonda were my initial contacts, and Yollie was my liaison person until the end. The entire team is professional, kind, and very compassionate. Thank you, Act Fast team, for making the unfortunate situation less stressful and treating us like family and most of all trusting me with two large bonds and me making good on them. I highly recommend Act Fast Bails Bond to anyone in need of exceptional supportive customer service. read more

LEXI at Act Fast was so helpful and quick and patient. She had me starting paperwork and out the door no more than 30 minutes! She helped me with tech issues I was having and didn't rush me and laughed and made me feel comfortable. Honestly it was the first time I laughed all day, I really needed that. It was nice having a woman help me, I had spoke with another bailbondsman earlier in the day and the man was a complete jerk who mocked me and made me feel dumb for not knowing the ins and outs of the bail bond business. Thanks again Lexi for your help!!!! read more

Reliable and courteous.. And really know how to treat you like family... highly recommend using Act Fast if you ever need bail service!

STAY AWAY. Honestly I'd give them negative reviews if that were even an option. Highly unprofessional, they even came up with this lie that the previous bail bond I dealt with went out of business and withheld crucial information from me. I tried to go to another bail bond and they went from underneath and stole the option from me. Please do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. read more

I would give this "business" a 0 if I could. They are so unorganized and unprofessional. They don't log any of their updates with people who they bail out. They called me about a bond that I was co signed on years ago that was already paid off threatening me, when I wasn't even the one who was bonded out. They didn't even take the time to change the contact info for person who was bonded out, so they called my mom looking for him. Isn't that Your job? To keep your information updated ? Do not recommend them at all. read more

Horrible service. They say there are 24 hours open but every time I've called they never answer the phone or when they do answer they have a terrible attitude and act like its a burden for me the call. Don't have a business that is open 24/7 if you don't want to do your job in the middle of the night. I would never ever recommend this place and I will never be calling again for anything. Don't waste your time or money here. Giving the one star is to much already. read more

I called this company in need of their service for a loved one. I didn't have much money and even though the bail was low, they still helped me out. Xavier was the person I initially talked to over the phone and he made sure I would be taken care of when I came in the next morning. Upon arrival, I was greeted two women named Trisha and Rhonda, who were very very nice, friendly and warming. But most of all, professional. They gathered all of the paperwork ready for me to fill out to co-sign in a timely manner. They treated me so well and it really made me feel welcomed. You can tell they care about people and the job they do. Helping people, families, in the way they do shows importance with them and I couldn't have been more blessed and appreciative of them helping me in this time of need. I recommend them to anyone needing this service. You won't be disappointed. Their name also speaks for itself, cause they surely do ACT FAST! Thanks again everyone! Hopefully I don't ever need do use this service again, but if I do, I know who I can count on to help! You guys are amazing! read more
