As a 2x disabled combat veteran I had them out for an initial appt. all went well and was suppose to be contacted with an install date. Never happened and I forgot about it. 2 months later came across an old email and sent a message about experience. Apology and appt set. Mike came out did probably 95% and around 6pm had another appt to get to so I said just come back as it was minor stuff, sorta. A few weeks go by and I didn't hear from them. Sent a email about issues and water never getting tested before or after install.... Important to know if you actually need system or additional things to fix issues. The next day I get a email about service plans... lol. I'm thinking WTF... not even finished with job and trying to get more. Sent email with disappointment and frustration with the whole experience. Guess what? I get a call, and all that is said is "that was a system generated email for all new installs".... and appt.for a week from today. No apology for all the actual issues and what can we do to make it right and you happy. It seems this is the way of the world now, pay for product or service and it doesn't matter to company if you get what you paid for or should have gotten. Customer service and making a customer happy and satisfied for what they paid for is long gone.

We informed the manager that we wanted Lynn to come out and give us a bid on our swimming pool and also informed the rep that we would be getting other bids as well. We never got a call back. So we called back today 6/26 and I spoke with the Lake Jackson manager and asked why we haven't heard back from them. She said that she showed our info to Lynn and he said that he could not build us a pool because we were getting 9 other bids and he knew that those other companies would beat him out. I asked how he would know this and she said "because Aqua Classic Pools & Spas are the most expensive company in our area and because they do a very good job". She said that since their pools start off at $45,000 that she knew we would not be interested. I replied that $45,000 is not expensive whatsoever for a pool that we want and that she should not base doing pools for people off of that. Then she replied that they also have 6 pools on a waiting list and are currently doing 2 pools right. More excuses to justify why they never called us back. The final straw was saying to me "we also can't do a pool for you because we wouldn't be able to complete it soon". I told her that we didn't want to the pool built until March. If anyone would have called us or better yet, come out and met us (like the other companies have) all of this could have been avoided and I GUARANTEE you that Aqua Classis Pools and Spas would have definitely gotten business from us. We are about quality, not the price of a pool. Shame on this business. We will be leaving this review on EVERY website that allows reviews. Good day. Stay away from this company.

Recently I requested quotes on an install of a new unit that I own but also asked them to quote an install if I purchased the unit from them. I sent pictures of the install and had to call twice before I could get a response. Their project estimator asked me on what day he could some look. I told him on the next Friday (one week out). I also asked for a preliminary based on the information provided with the understanding that it would have to be finalized after the site visit. No one showed up, no one has contacted me...nothing. They obviously do not need a dedicated customer's business anymore and, sadly, I will be finding a more reliable company for my future business.
