The tragus was maybe a 3/10 and the other two were about the same (the third, lower helix, was about a 4/10 as I had already done two piercings on the same ear). Not just an appointment place fee, I paid for the whole thing, the jewelry and piercing cost. The piercing itself was fine. Clean single use needles and it wasn't exceptionally painful or anything. I have two things to critique: 1) my own experience: I do not like needles. It's hypocritical I know but alas I have 12 piercings. I have gotten pierced at 4 different studios and have visited 2 other studios for piercing change outs and check ins/ trouble shooting. I have always been treated very well even if I was scared of the needles, except here. The piercer was rude to me about me being scared of needles and just made my appointment extremely uncomfortable with her comments. 2) I had a friend who got pierced here and she was thinking about down sizing her piercing bc she had gotten it pierced a while ago and when I looked at her ear I realized she got pierced with a standard size piercing length. Which to be fair I am not a piercer, but usually me and all of my friends have been pierced with longer piercings in case of swelling and her ear was not swollen at all and the front and back of the piercing was flush with her skin. If her ear would have swelled at all it would have been very painful bc of how tight it is.
