It's important to me that a bail company is honest and truly is there to help you during these hard times. They all claimed to right well that couldn't be more from the truth and this place has got to be one of the worst. So here goes my scenario, I bailed my nephew out about two months ago. He has been making his court dates and paying the bail. Unfortunately he did miss a court date I called. He called to let the company know that he missed the court date. There was nothing he could do about it as he was in jail on something he had nothing to do with in a different county for about a week before the charges were all dismissed. They said no problem they could write a letter of reinstatement as soon as he gets out. Well keyword being as soon as he gets out because he missed the court date. He had a warrant so he wasn't going to get out and they knew that from the beginning. Because of the warrant he was held until the County came and picked him up that he missed court in. And you would think that they could just get him out once he gets there but no that missed court date is a whole Nother charge that now I'm gonna have to bail him out on as well. No letter of reinstatement would have ever been written and they were well aware of that and now they're trying to extort for the price of another bond, claiming that they are giving him a discount because of the first one. And it's not like a little amount they wanna add another $50,000. To the original $150,000 bond. Making it a grand total of $200,000 for a possession of Stolen property. My nephew did not steal it but you know in the great state of California you're guilty until proven innocent. And when he has proven that we will get none of that money back that is all revenue for bail, Hotline, whether he's innocent or guilty, but he is innocent. I had spoken with Erica, Adrian and Marisol and it seems like a new person every time I call. Each person is either super peppy and tries to talk you into signing your life away along with $1000 a month with $2000 upfront. Or they are rude unhelpful and just flat out inconsiderate of whatever you're going through even though they claim to care. How is he supposed to take care of his family while paying that much just so he could go to work every day still. And when he's found not guilty, he won't get any of that money back and be Hotline basically get a hell of a lot of free money that they have to do absolutely nothing for except pray on people already having hard times. I hope none of you ever have to even look these places up because they are horrible, horrible sharks or people.
