Adam, the manager I was referred to was extremely rude and attempted to force me into a situation I was not comfortable with. When I asked a few questions he got upset and then just hung up on me. I honestly would give them zero stars if I could.. Very disapppointed. We get through everything, sign stuff, he makes copies, and I pay him $900, get the receipt and am told that in 4-6 hours my boyfriend would be released. Ok, great...roughly a couple hours later I get a call back being told that there is bad news!!!! They could not get him out due to there being more than 1 case, the boss was not comfortable doing it unless we paid in full and had a 3rd signer. WHY WOULD WE GET TO THE END OF THE PROCESS AND HE TAKE PAYMENT WITHOUT FIRST, GOING ONLINE AND SEEING WHAT HE WAS DEALING WITH AND SECOND BEFORE TALKING WITH MANAGEMENT TO CONFIRM THAT IT CAN BE 100% HANDLED.. needless to say, i wasted so much time dealing with them just to get shit on! Christian was extremely helpful and was open to our situation. He worked with us on our money down and monthly payments. I was able to get my family member bailed out in a couple hours. Hopefully I never have to use a bail company ever again, but if I do, it would be acme bail bonds. They were amazing! Update 7/6/18: I was very happy originally, until I found out they are one of the few bail companies who charge an annual premium. So if you want to fight your criminal case in court and plan on it taking more than a year DO NOT USE ACME BAIL BONDS!! They will charge you the premium again. Such BS my brothers case was settled 10 days over a year. A few months later I get a call saying we owe another $7000. Yes it was in the contract, but honestly I was driving to the jail and emotional so I didn't really comprehend what I was reading. So I am sharing this so everyone knows. We paid the whole original bail amount off early. If I knew about this renewal I never would have done that. They did negotiate a lower price of $1750 for the renewal, but it is still BS. Many other bail bonds do not charge an annual fee. I would highly suggest using a company that does not charge it. read more

Went into ACME no one was there.. Called them to schedule an appointment and the lady asked if I can stop by at 9pm at night. I came with my mother. We met a man named Keller. He was right away straight up didnt even go inside the office or building he started interrogating us... after convincing him it's worth it by saying we own a house he let us in... made up so much things I had to catch him...after we told him about our house he was relentless..he then said this is what we can do. pay 1500 down 400 a month and he had to be on ankle brace which was another 500 $$ to install and 350 for 3 months that he does personally.. sounds like a scam... so we left.. this place treated us like we were not even people.. read more

These guys paid a 50k bond and had me pay 5k even though I had a lawyer. They never told me about the discount for having a lawyer which would have been a 1k discount. Then, the next year, after the case took more than a year to settle, they wanted another 5k from me. Assholes! They threatened to put a lien on my house. It sold the next year and there was no lien on it. Go somewhere else for your bond. read more

The three stars is for the way that we were treated the evening I needed this Bail Bond for a family member it was after the fact when they tried to revoke a discount for having a private attorney that I really had a problem The manager I spoke with should go into collections because the way I was treated was seriously aggressive I'm not even sure that what he did was legal or ethical but basically I agreed to pay the balance of the bail bond at the end of the month I did receive a invoice on the 23rd and then a day or two after that by the time I got into my office they already called five times on four different phones it was incredibly disruptive to my entire office and then when I return the call and said I'd have it paid by the end of the month I was told that I'd be paying the full amount and not the discounted amount because I had made them mad not sure that's how people in this type of business should operate but I've never needed one before and I'll probably never need one again I just think maybe some of these reviews on here are a little bit fake read more
