A week after requestsing signatures on documents I carried into the branch, I am not getting a response and had to cancel an important meeting for which I needed the signatures. They simply don't care, and I'm now in a mess because I allowed them to "manage" a sum of money for 11 years, never requesting anything and never hearing from them once. Invest your money elsewhere.

Thats a totally unethical tactic. I asked them to address my concern, and that I would withold my next payment until they did. They suddenly stopped communicating and never tried to address my concerns! That was a fraudulent claim. There are several ethical and reputable companies that can help you repair your credit - this isn't one of them!
