Glad I was able to find these guys before another tow truck company could have made a shredded tire before more of a nightmare. Anyways, these guys were spot on from the dispatch keeping me updated on their driver (James) to listening to me describes the issues I was having with my loaded trailer to having all the necessary equipment to get me back rolling on the highway. They were able to Jack up 7500 pounds on my trailer, replace the shredded tire with my spare, fill up the only other tire on that side with their air hose, and give me a jump since I left my hazards on too long waiting on a different tow company. Would definitely call this company first if I'm in their neck of the woods next time and need assistance.

Morgan Towing responded to an accident on December 15, 2024 involving a horse van carrying 8…read morehorses. One horse died in the accident (or afterward) and the 7 remaining horses were taken to the tow yard. Instead of getting the horses the medical care they needed, the horses were just kept hostage at the tow yard and Nik Morgan first requested the towing bill of $50,000 (??) be paid before any horse would be released. With the help of a local ranger and morning show, all of the horses were eventually released with payment of $1,400 for each horse. Unfortunately, the lack of veterinary care led to the death of one of the horses when she was finally delivered to her new owner in New York. ALL of these horses were rescues from kill pens and needed immediately vet care after the accident. It would seem that Morgan Towing does as they please and doesn't give one iota about any living thing. How they could have just left those horses with no vet care shows just how cruel they can be. Given the stories of other people's bad experiences with this company, I would suggest NEVER calling them for anything.

She instructed me to text a Google Maps pin of my location and said they'd get to me as soon as possible. She added that if they didn't arrive, I should call back. Sounds straightforward, right? WRONG. Fast forward to 2:00 PM--six hours later--I call back, only to be met with the rudest, most unprofessional excuse for customer service I've ever encountered. The woman I spoke with was outright hostile, clearly had no idea who I was, and seemed annoyed that I dared call. After explaining my situation, she smugly informed me, "I'm only doing semis today," as though I should've been psychic and known this. When I asked who I'd spoken to earlier--someone who apparently gave me completely false information--she dismissed me with a snide, "Whatever dude, call somewhere else," and hung up on me. This company is a joke. Not only did they waste half my day with false promises, but their staff is rude, uncoordinated, and blatantly unprofessional.
