Their new offer? 8.99%. Nearly double. This is not a mistake -- this is a bait-and-switch tactic. They misrepresented financing, ran multiple unauthorized credit checks, and then tried to pressure us into a much worse deal AFTER the fact. It gets worse -- my husband had to drive 1.5 hours back to demand our trade-in back. They STILL tried to force him into signing a new contract.
