I understand companies get busy, but communication matters. Unfortunately, this experience showed a lack of follow-through and respect for a potential customer's time. We tried every way we could think of to get it in the house and up the stairs ... not only was the item large and heavy ... it was also delicate and complicated to move, given its design, electrical wiring, motor and hydraulics. Clearly we were out of our league and needed help. It was 4:45 pm. on a Wednesday. We found On Call Moving's info online, called the number, and connected immediately with Jim. Jim was a Godsend! He was scheduled to be down the street from us, and made a quick trip to our home to see how he could help. Over the next few days he worked closely with Joleesa, at On Call's office, to get our job done. Despite On Call's extremely busy schedule, everything came together Friday afternoon.
