The team behind the desk was rude to me and the other people who walked in while I was waiting. Each transaction someone was quoting now much the transaction costs them vs. the charge for the customer... respectfully, it was a lot. I've never really experienced that LOL. The same day I went to FEDEX just down the road to compare pricing. I ended up shipped from FEDEX on the same day...cost was the same and my packages arrived 3 days later.
