After checking what they did, I found loose bolts in which messed up my cv axle. I also have a problem with my steering and I looked at the eps system and looks like they chipped on it and now I have to replace that. I do not suggest that you go to them. They do shoddy work and then overcharge for things that they dont do properly.

I told him I'll give him the job and I left my vehicle over there later on he gives me a call back says that do you joints on the vehicle or busted he cannot put it back together unless we buy new u-joints. I asked him how much those parts will be and he said it's going to be $48 in parts and didn't mention how much the labor will be, and I expected to be no more than an hour because I already paid him to take the axles out. Change the seals while the axles were out changing U joints shouldn't be more than an hour of extra labor in my opinion later I found out his charging me three hours of labor and the parts are actually $200 for two u-joints. Instead of $500, which I was agreed the estimated that amount, now he wants me to pay $1300 I asked him to reduce the labor hours to five hours and I was going to pay the full amount and owner refuse to take any off, later on I went to the shop with some cash and the card. He refused to take the card from me. he says he doesn't trust me. I wish I just went to Walmart to get my oil changed never deal with these people.

Read the one review left about this shop and figured I'd be in good hands. ( my fault ). Dropped my truck off on fri. and was told that I should have some news by closing time that day. Granted, they said they were busy and I didn't expect to be pushed ahead of anyone, but I never heard anything back. Called on sat to be told they were "understaffed" and that sat was a half day so I may not know what's wrong until Monday. They did however call me back just before closing to tell me what was wrong and what parts I needed, but the parts wouldn't be delivered until Tuesday. Called Tuesday to see if the parts showed up and see if I needed to extend my hotel out another day. They told me it'd be done by end of day. Again no calls, so I went in about 30 mins before they closed, to be told there was more problems that may need addressed soon but not immediately. Then a few mins later that there was even more problems that were more pressing. The new parts and labor would have been thousands more and would have taken another week because they were busy. With only minutes to make a decision, and because they were clearly itching to lock up and go home, I decided to leave it overnight and come up with a plan. I decided to trailer it home for now and went in to pay for the work done already, so I asked, "are the dash lights off now and the motor runs like normal?" I was told "oh yea for sure, but the other work NEEDS done soon." Once I paid, I started my truck and instantly all the same lights came on, engine still misfiring, everything exactly as I brought it to them. After going right back in and saying it's exactly the same and you said it was fixed i was told "well yea, it needs more work" he didn't want to admit that he straight lied to me to get me to pay them without having fixed anything. He then started yelling at me saying "what do you want from me?" I asked for a refund and was told "absolutely not". Asked to talk to his manager and was told that he was in a meeting that could take 30mins or it could take all day. I asked why the new problems weren't diagnosed originally when I was told it was just an injector. He then openly admitted ( to just me in the room, so I'm certain he'd lie about it also) that they put in the injector HOPING that it'd fix my problems. When I called him out on HOPING, he slammed his hands on the desk and said " i'll have my manager call you as soon as he's out of his meeting" so I said thank you and left. Guess who still hasn't called me almost a week later. Must have been a very intense meeting. Maybe, hopefully, the manager or owner will see this and reach out to me and can have a cordial talk unlike their service manager who apparently has anger issues. As far as I see it, I'd definitely steer clear of this shop unless you're ready to just keep throwing money at them until they accidentally fix your vehicle.

As we left there, my 2015 Ultra shifter broke. We pulled over to asses the situation. One of the ladies found Chrome Mafia online for motorcycle repair in the area and called and explained what happened. They said to bring it on over if we could, so we duct taped the shifter on and rode over to their place. Dale, the owner, is such a great young man who knows his stuff, and his Dad Terry took my bike right in. They put on a new upgraded shifter (instead of the POS Harley puts on) and didn't charge me an arm and a leg like the dealer would have. Their shop is one of the best I have ever been to. They explained and knew what they were doing. It is great to see a son and father team who care about people, their families and their job. I would recommend this to anyone who is passing through and needs help! I always try to help out the independents before I call a dealer.
