He did a complete walk through of the interior of my house to assess for any roof leakage and then went right to work on the exterior roof structure. He took several pictures and explained to me that my roof was leaking in several places. He asked if I wanted it repaired right then and there to prevent further damage until I could secure a roof replacement. I agreed and he immediately went back up and repaired any areas that needed it. He explained everything he was going to do and also took pictures of the work finished. He was also very reasonably priced. I had spoken to other companies who provided appraisal services and they were expensive and none of them offered any type of temporary repairs to prevent further damage. I am very happy with the service I received and would recommend this company for this service to anyone who needs it in the future.

Day one, was pretty good, two guys started the job, but were not able to complete in one day. One of the "day one guys" informed me that he doesn't normally work my area, and would not be returning to complete the job. Because it was obvious that he was the most knowledgeable regarding cabinet installation, i callec NIHS to inform them that I was willing to wait until he was available, unless they had someone as knowledgeable. I was informed that they would send someone with matched skills. When they day arrived to complete the job, they sent one of the original guys, who had already admitted that he wasn't very experienced in cabinet installs, and more or less, followed the lead of the experienced guy. The second guy looked like a high school student, so I thought, ok, you cant judge a book by it's cover. However, when the first challenge arose, he had no clue as how to deal with it. He literally just stood there and scratched his head. He really didn't have a clue!! Well the inexperienced cabinet guy had to take charge, and I will let the pictures speak for the work.

The craftmanship that put into the work was extremely well done and was treated like it was their own personal home. We had our fireplace completely remodeled and had electrical done so we could mount our TV. I could not be any happier with how it turned out. Billy was great with his suggestions on what we should do and I am so glad we listened! We plan on using Five Star Finish for our future home remodels. I have to speak on all the 1-star reviews due to the $100 deposit for an in-home evaluation. It was worth EVERY PENNY of the $100 and they deduct it from the services once you use them.
