I subscribed during a promo in April 2025 for $0.99 per month for one year, with tax it totals…read more$1.05. The promo included a $10 gift card. I never received the gift card. Subsequent calls to customer service did not solve the mystery why I didn't get my gift card. I gave up. Noticed on my credit card bill I was charged $1.05 the next month as I expected. Then I saw I was charged $10.59 the following month. I contacted my credit card company and disputed the charge requesting it be corrected to $1.05 which is what I originally agreed to. (Up until then, I had put up with dated content, horrible customer representative support, etc., etc.) At 99 cents a week introductory offer, I gave it a try; I now begrudge that I wasted 99 cents. The digital edition is frustrating to navigate, weirdly organized, and it's still dated material. (How is that even possible?) I hate to hate but I was given no choice.
