Everything about my experience was horrific!
I ended up telling him to go and found other transportation.
If you want to be disrespected, told to hurry up (because they have another job to go to) and have your property damaged go ahead.
While I will say I only tried them once and I won't accuse all their drivers of being the same because that would be showing the same level of ignorance, as I received.
Be careful if you want to be treated like a human being this might be a good place to avoid. Especially if you have any medical conditions or want to be able to use your wheelchair again.
It seems that there is a very negative group of drivers in Camberley that get together to slate their customers. Even though they are in the service industry?
You would think that asking this group who has at least 1 driver from here to open a door, be patient as I am slow and unstable when moving or mind out the way so I can transfer from my wheelchair was the same as asking a complete stranger for a kidney. I hope that this was a 1 off but given the way that I was treated I would suggest going elsewhere. Again this is 1 driver that was like this the others may be fine, but I can't comment on that.
Sorry but I can't remember any specifics about him other than I am sure that English was not his first language, which possibly was part of the problem. But that is not me expecting fluent English speakers. I have had a lot of pleasant experiences with drivers that aren't fluent. read more
