Redstone Fencing was the only fencing company around us that had a good review. Which don't get me…read morewrong, my fence is beautiful... BUT they have absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. It seems like it is almost like a one man show. Only the lady ever answers the phone. The first time we called we were told they would call back, but never did... it took 2 phone calls to get them out here for an estimate. The lady gave us our estimate but didn't get all of the details that we wanted. When I called to get the issue resolved she wanted to catch an attitude with me. The gentleman that was in charge of actually building the fence was extremely helpful though and super professional. The issue was resolved, and my fence is beautiful. Just pack your patience when working with them. One last thing to mention, they left a terrible mess all over our lawn and driveway. Mud was tracked EVERYWHERE. They did apologize, but didn't offer to hose it off. Was a little disappointed about that considering we live in a HOA.

After a tree sized pecan branch fell on our fence/house/deck my neighbor (whose tree it was) called…read morea tree service that came out immediately. Which reminds me that I need to write another review. But since the fence and deck it damaged were mine, I immediately called my insurance agent. Fast forward to having a recommended deck and fence person that was recommended come out, give a quote, and then ghost, then you have me using the handy dandy Request A Quote feature on Yelp. Fencing Unlimited was the only one to respond and Alex was very quick in all responses. He came out and gave me a quote the very next week on that and another small project I had. He was up front and said it might be a few weeks before he could do it since he had a few other major projects going at the same time. I appreciated his honesty and was happy to wait. The only issue I had is that he went radio silent for more than a few weeks. But like I said, he was busy and I get that. So after a quick phone call, he said he would have people out the very next week. Which he did. They did amazing work. They even went above and beyond and fix some of our loose spindles even though I didn't ask. When he came to check on the work (which a recent contractor never did), he apologized for the delay. I was very pleased with the work they did and all my interactions with Alex. Note that they do far more than decks and fences and if I do any other house renovations, I will definitely give them a call.
