I was extremely impressed with Innovative Fence Solutions. I got quotes from 3 other contractors to remove over 350' of chain link and replace it with wood privacy fencing. Not only was Innovative the best bid, they were able to start on it the soonest, which sealed the deal for me. I knew I hired the right folks after the first day and I am so glad I did go with them. They finished on time, cleaned up everything, and were all very courteous and respectful the entire time. The fence looks fantastic and I have had several compliments on it since it went up. Do not recommend, the advertisement is NOT true. Not reliable, total lack of communication and follow through. I have been waiting 7 months for repairs to a fence that was improperly installed! Literally NO response to calls and texts! Very frustrating read more

Before I hired him to do the job he would respond to me immediately. after he did the job he stops responding!! There were several problems with my fence. He agreed to fix it. He installed the wrong gates and agreed to replace them. I had my land surveyed so he could install the fence on the line. One side out of my yard he installed the fence 2 feet away from the survey line. Some of my posts are scratched to the bare metal where the panels were blowing in the wind before he finished and scratched the post. He put silver screws and a black fence. Rusty and Innovative Fence Solutions wronged us in the worst way. We hired them in December to build a shadowbox fence in our small backyard in Cullman AL. He did the build while we went to visit family around Christmas. When we came back, the fence was up but there was only 1 gate instead of the 3 we requested. Also, the 1 gate did not have a proper latch. And probably worst of all, we paid him an extra $1500 to stain the fence. Five months has passed since he first installed the fence. After multiple texts and phone calls, he has not returned to finish the job. We have 1 gate instead of 3, the latch on the gate is dinky, and no stain. If he had any integrity, he would come back and finish or give us a portion of the money back. read more
