We arranged a repair, which we had to do through Frigidaire. They gave us an "8-5" window and DIDN'T SHOW. We chatted online with Frididaire, and they told me they would set up another repair appointment. A week later I called since they didn't set one up. A week later I called again since the once more did not follow through with an appointment. A visit to Lowes was useless as the store manager told me they would do nothing since the 2 day window of returns had passed. He was a useless creature, but probably a product of the environment he works for, Lowes. We've spent thousands of dollars there recently with also buying flooring, but they've lost our business. A phone call got us an appointment, and when I called the Sears repair # they gave me to narrow down the 8-5 repair time, an AI rescheduled us for a week later.
