The guy who cut them said there they are on the floor. Laying in a pile, no way of telling if they were correctly cut to length or quantity. I'm in the people helping people business too. However, this is a corporation and as such they deserve what they get! To be completely transparent, I was fired for NOT saying hello to a manager I had never met or knew who the heck they were. But hey, such is life and move on. It seems they have stopped training personnel the way they did when Bernie and Arthur ( Bernie Marcus and Arthur Blank ) ran the stores! I can tell you from my experience, the sales people are not well trained, the management is more interested in sales people saying "hello" to management when seen then they are in providing quality customer service. Not to mention they don't have their employees backs when an issue arises, it's automatically the employee's fault! I understand "the customer is always right" syndrome, but that is not 100% true for every situation. Having your employees back, is paramount to employee morale. Management requires sales people to help anyone, in any department even if they don't know jack about the department - how the heck is that even helpful to customers? If someone in the hardware dept asks me if they can help and I'm looking for plants, why the heck would I want them to walk me to the outdoor area and try and help me? What a waste of my time! Anyway, sometimes their prices are "ok" and I mean "just ok". Overall, if you don't have to go to this HS my advise is don't. Not that the Lowes across the street is that much better, but at least it's not this HD.
