Well , today some new person was there who acted like a manager and when asked about this return she said very rudely " take them out of the store right now " I am like okay . I asked her I needed to buy Weber grill cover too and if she can help? She pointed finger at the corner and said first you need to take those propane tank out right now . I am like wow ! No one has ever talked to me this way . I was really hurt . I walked out and put my empty cans back in the car and came back and took Weber grilled cover. I HAD HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE TODAY WITH THIS ONE PERSON . SHE WAS JUST RUDE FOR NO REASON WHEN I SPOKE TO HER VERY POLITELY.

He told us which aisle it was and even offered to walk us to the item. We declined his offer and walked to find the item. Later, in another part of the plumbing aisle, Keith checked up on us and made sure we got what we needed. Yes, Keith provided us the right aisle number! What great service!!! It was also a pleasure talking with him. Rebecca, at self check out, also provided great service! Rebecca always took time to be personable and asked how your family was doing. No one cares nor do they care whether they keep you as a customer. I have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars at Lowes over the years. NEVER order custom anything and have them install I waited 6mths for my doors and then they only deliver ONE. The delivery driver did not speak English and could not tell me why he only had one. Then I call the store and they seem amused that my other door is sitting right there in front of them. And why is it when you ask to speak to a manager you get put on hold for half of forever? Had to hang up and call back just to get a manager. Still waiting for the issue to be resolved. BEWARE of this Lowe's everyone, THEY ARE HORRIBLE!

I went in today to fix a faucet, I didn't get the mans name that helped me but in the middle of helping me a customer butts in and asks him a question and I kid you not he said "your problem is easier to fix than his" and walks away, Unbelievable. Today I went t on to buy a $300.00 Stihl hedge trimmer and (6) links of chain that had to be cut by them. After filling out the warranty on the hedge trimmer I went to see if the chain was cut. The guy who cut them said there they are on the floor. Laying in a pile, no way of telling if they were correctly cut to length or quantity. I'm in the people helping people business too. How about picking g them up off the floor and put them in a bag. He seemed quite pompous with an attitude. I'll still go back but wouldn't ask this guy for help buying a bolt. Owner should have a course in customer relations. Most of the help there are nice
