He made sure we got every item we needed quickly and efficiently, and even arranged delivery directly to the hotel, which was a tremendous help during such a busy event. Although Ace is a well-known national brand, Justin and his team make the experience feel incredibly personal. They approached every challenge with professionalism, urgency, and genuine care -- solving one problem at a time and making us feel like a top priority throughout. Exceptional customer service, reliability, and a personal touch that is hard to find these days. Highly recommend Justin and the entire team at this Ace Hardware location!
