This was the worst experience I have ever had. I managed huge apartment communities for 30 years…read moreand been the project manager on millions of dollars in renovation and maintenance projects. Eddie is a great talker and tells you he can do everything and really lets you believe he can be trusted. I had a full rehab for my house including painting, new flooring, new vanities, all new light fixtures, basically total overhaul. The original bid was $23,900. I have pets so I specifically told Eddie I would be moving into an Airbnb so he could get the house done without having to work around me and I did not want my pets stressed by all the noise and activity. He agreed that the job would be done in 4 weeks. During this time, he decided to accept a bathroom remodel in my neighbors house at the same time. He only works from about 9am to 4pm with a lunch break. He was 2 weeks past the deadline and still was not finished!! He submitted receipts from the hardware store for me to pay that were parts he bought for my neighbors job! He has now charged me over $34,000 for my job that was supposed to cost $24,944. That is a 30% mark up!! The work site was an absolute disaster, they left my house in terrible shape. They sprayed my floors with glue remover and did not protect my furniture (he promised all furniture would be protected and covered) which has now eaten the stain off several pieces of my antique furniture. He took all my books and piled them on my mattress and did not cover my mattress so not only was it exposed to toxic chemicals from the glue remover he used, the mattress was filthy because he never covered it even though he promised he would. He did not wire my ceiling fans correctly so I had to pay an electrician to come and re-wire them. Ge burnt out 1 ceiling fan with his bad wiring and the electrician said it needs to be replaced. He also left screws loose on the bedroom fans so they would eventually fall from the ceiling. He stored all his tools in my garage and left such a mess, I tripped over his cords and hurt myself pretty badly. Even once I moved back in, everyday they would throw trash on the floors inside the house and then leave. Every night I would have to go around cleaning up all their trash. He bills you for items that are not complete and then expects payment even though items are not completed. I bought all the materials and because he was so disorganized, he lost several parts that I had to re- purchase. I have never seen such a messy, disorganized job site in my 30 years of property management where I worked with hundreds of contractors over the years. I could keep going, but I am sure you get the point t. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY, WORST DECISION EVER! Total incompetent and can't complete job on time because they only work about 5 to 6 hours a day.

We hired Robert to renovate a room in our home in Homosassa, FL. It was a challenging job, but he…read morewas confident that he could handle it. After I got the original estimate from him, I immediately told him I wanted to move forward with the project, because he had put in a floor for me and I was fairly happy with the work. When he agreed to take the job, he told me he would start it in "about a month." When I followed up with him a few weeks later, he told me it would be an additional month before he could get to it. He was scheduled to start on April 18, but a day or two before he was scheduled to start, he notified me that he wouldn't be able to start until April 20. His timeline for the job was two weeks. But even the first day on the job, he only worked about 5 hours. He also told me that he couldn't work on Fridays, so he was only going to put in 4 days a week. This pattern continued with him working only a few hours on each day. The job stretched out and then he took a week off at the end of May. He finally declared the job done on June 3. After he left my home, I went in to take a closer look at the job. I found several problems that I hadn't noticed in the few brief moments I was able to check things out before he left. When I received his revised invoice (which was almost $1,100 higher than the original estimate and which I felt comfortable with so long as he corrected the problems in the room). I sent him a list of the items that needed fixing - as follows: 1. The area under the cabinet needs something to cover the open space left by removing the drywall. 2. The door frame on the outside of the door should be the same color as the door. If there is not enough paint I will get some more. 3. There is paint on the glass on both sides of the door and on the window that needs to be cleaned off. 4. After you get the drywall off the porch, all the dust needs to be cleaned off the walls, floor, doors and screens. The mats on that floor also need to be cleaned up. 5. Jim's fans need to be cleaned up and put back where you got them. 6. The frame on the inside of the double door needs to be sanded and repainted as does the frame around the window. 7. Several of the outlets and switches, as well as a couple of the lights don't fit tight against the wall. This needs fixing. 8. There several spots where the green paint looks thin and needs touching up. 9. When you ran the wire up thru the floor for the phone and cable, you took the wire under the beam instead of over it. This won't work. It has to be redone. After sending him the above information, I noted two additional problems: 1. He had failed to install the trim strip along the entrance into the room on the edge of the hardwood floor. 2. One of the French doors going onto the porch was not meeting up with the weather stripping, leaving a sizable gap between the door and the jamb. In response to my email, Robert made it clear that he would touch up paint, but he had no interest in fixing any of the other problems. He did reduce his increased invoice by $500 and told me to hire someone else to fix the problems. The most annoying part of this whole situation was that while he was working on the room, my entire house was open to the screened porch and the air conditioner was cooling the air outside. Also, Robert was constantly tracking drywall mud and other debris through my house and not cleaning it up. His work area was always a complete disaster to the point that I was afraid to go into the room because there was so much debris laying around. Robert is a nice guy and some of his work is good, he just bit off more than he could chew with this project and his disjointed work habits exacerbated the entire situation for all of us. Unfortunately, I would not hire him again and due to the circumstances surrounding this project, I am pretty sure he would not be willing to work with us again, even if I wanted him to.

Never a clue if he would show up or not. does not cover anything, drywall mud from floor to ceiling. covering 1/2 way down walls and trim, sprayed mud on ceiling fans, floor and saturated 2 smoke detectors. broke and made items in house " disappear". used something to remove popcorn and now paint does not stick to ceiling, peels off even when I covered it with kilz. absolutely does not clean up after himself or workers. Value - definitely not worth him in your home. when I asked when he was going to finish up and clean up , after hit or miss showing up, he said he will clean up or finish a few small things but was not going to do both , I told him not to come back.

I wanted the tiles stacked which is quite difficult, Eric handled it with a breeze. Eric came in with his laser and there isn't a tile out of place. He is simply amazing and the care he takes to install the tile was very much appreciated.
