I was tasked with finding a company to replace an odd shaped non-rolling garage door for a 1960s construction house. This company was professional came out to measurements gave an estimate in a timely manner asked all the questions necessary to find the proper door. After a couple days, they called with a specific accurate estimate for what was requested. One of my garage door springs broke when I got home Sunday night. I sent Casey a message 9:30pm Sunday on yelp and got a response and estimate 6am the next day. Basically he was out in less than an hour from when I replied to him. He done fixing my garage since he had all the parts with him in under an hour too. Even adjusted the doors for me since the rails were a little off. Very professional and fast. I got a few quotes over the phone for fixing the broken springs and cables and one company came over and was going to charge me $785 for some stuff I didn't even need. Casey came out and measured our existing garage door for the replacement then checked on the availability. Since our garage door is a non standard size it had to be custom made and it took three weeks for delivery, but Casey removed the old door and installed the new one in less than a full day. A couple days after the installation, I noticed that one of the window panels wasn't fully sealed, so I called Casey and he came right out to inspect it, agreed with me that the manufacturer didn't build the section correctly and ordered another panel, no questions asked.
