I brung it to Jamie to see if we could add some material to the back of the dress, giving me more room to zip it up. She said that she could remove some fabric on the inside to give me more room. From the moment we entered the Manteno showroom we were treated like a special client. My MIL was shown options and explained to very thoroughly about the newer options out there but also they were very smart about the fact she would not want "too fancy" as she did not want to learn a lot of new things at this time in her life. We purchased the two appliances and scheduled the delivery. The day of the delivery Doug and Noah were the gentleman who came. They were also amazing - the took great care at taking the old ones out and putting the new ones in. They tested everything and made sure all was well before they left. They were also very professional and made us feel like special clients. I cannot say enough about Franks and we will continue to buy from them in the future as we need our appliances.

It seemed that everyone was moving in July and we couldn't find movers or mobile storage units. I take that back there was on mobile storage place that could deliver 6 units, yes you heard me right, 6. We would have been lucky to get a sofa and 1 chair in one of them. I called NWI Mobile Storage and spoke to Ken. Nothing available. I told him our dilemma, he was very understanding, kind and courteous. Ken told me that he would try to help in any way he could, and he did. After taking a look at his schedules, within 3 days he came to the rescue. Delivery and pick up on time, and a very clean unit. AVOID WITH CONFIDENCE!!!!!!…read more This company is misleading, and a bit of a scam. The only reason I'm not fully calling it a scam, is because I was able to get my order cancelled. I clicked on a facebook ad and decided to place an order for a custom hat. In doing so I looked at many different pages on their site, and went all the way thru the checkout process and submitted payment. Later that evening, I got an email trying to extort more money or more business from me, stating that there is a hidden setup fee, unless I buy more items. This is blatant bait and switch, and I told them that I felt that way. I also explained that the email was textbook extortion, trying to force me to pay them more money, or order more items, after already collecting payment in accordance with their own website. There are SO MANY other options, where you aren't going to get nickel-and-dimed, or extorted, or pressured, after you've already completed your purchase.
