This small company is no longer what they use to be. I requested they stop to give me their opinion…read moreon an issue on a complete septic/leech system I paid them to install years ago and they wanted $145 for a 2 minute stop. They obviously do not provide any support for the work they install. My family will be switching service providers. We have had them do work for 50+ years at our homes.

He did an exceptional job, taking his time to make sure the tank was sufficiently cleaned out. He explained the proper time between cleanings and how to go about preventing issues in the future. He was very friendly and professional. We had an emergency come up this evening and although we were not able to contact Ray (Bedford Septic) quick enough before having another company come out he responded with a text and call still offering to help out in any way we needed.
