While she was highlighting that, she got frustrated with me and kept cutting me off because I could not tell her what exactly needed to be replaced. My home took an electrical surge and I wasn't an electrician. These folks do good work and my family uses them when needed. I found the electrician's card from Great Lakes that did work for us last time so I'll be contacting him directly to see if they are available to finish up one of the stages we are at. They were polite and caring people - two young men showed up one worked one helped as needed -…read moreafter an hour and half working on bathroom sink and kitchen sink the one young man went under the house and discovered the kitchen pipe had a hole in it - within 5 mins he charged me $95 said he'd come back with boss with estimate next day - poof they were gone - never heard back from them Then next day we used Rooter Man, LLC again nice gentleman came - turns out they were all nephews in the family - then things turn to hell - we explained the issue and what happened and how we were abandoned - we agreed sink drain needed estimate - he went under and viewed the issue - decided to work on bathroom sink and fix that for $150 since we wasted $95 day before and they were nephews - he didn't have a watch or phone on him - 4.5-5 hrs later he fixed the bathroom clog - his boss called US TWICE to contact him and check on him because if time - gentleman admitted he lost track of time and didn't realize he'd been there that long - ended up charging us $361.25 - problem I had was he didn't track his time despite us telling him and checking on him - he promised to come back and give us estimate - no call next day - we called they denied knowing us we provided details - response "OH" - well we will be out after he finishes his current job for estimate - again no call another day no water usage - 4 days now Here's the issues I have - we were honest and said we were concerned about price because we are on disability - we were honest about it and said estimates would help - then find out both companies refused to come out for estimates because "we don't have money" our disability and senior status was used against us - I had an issue either this along with the extra costs for repair because person on site chose not to track his time - then denied service - then the gentleman threatened physical harm on me because I dared to question their actions and choices and said I had an issue with moving forward with a $100 check he was given - avoid Drain Master and definitely avoid Rooter Man, LLC in Toledo if your a senior citizen and/or on a fixed income these people will rip you off and treat you badly they have no respect or decency

We live in Oak Harbor, Purchased our previous Kinetico products from a business 15 miles away, Fremont Ohio in the 90's & had great service. Unfortunately they had sold out and the new business Findlay and was not very helpful when I called in with questions regarding my system, prices had went up on salt & system needs. In 2012 they weren't helpful in answering if my 7 or 8 year old RO drinking water system was compatible with new tech refrigerator. Just pressing me to buy a new one and not really explaining what was going on. Googled & called TWC, the lady that answered, was prompt, informative and professional. She had a gentleman quickly call us back for information / pricing & what tech had changed pressure needs of new refrigerators & no hard sell!!. At the time TWC was much cheaper than Findlay, and were able to even work out a trade on our old Kinetico RO. Since then, I have bought products , had some mailed to save time. I've had great service by all staff & Norb on site. I'd also like to note the old Kinetico needed to be replaced after 26 years of working beautifully in 2019. Again, TWC provided a great price, prompt service on the replacement and respect of my property for the install as if it were their own home. TWC is definitely a go to place for your Kinetico. Also, I might add, I was impressed with Kinetico softener lasting with long time compared to the big box, stores with really, really hard country water in my area.
