Extremely awful customer service, Christina was very incompetent. She didn't help me or provided…read moreany guidance to solve my issues or concerns. Their lack of empathy for customers is beyond disgusting. She laughed at the situation and the miscommunication, but I kept it professional; after explaining myself and following the protocol to file a claim, she then "transferred me" to a different department, but it wasn't the correct one, I had to work triple to find it. I want to avoid thinking that she did it on purpose, but I wouldn't doubt it given her attitude. It surprises me that the level of unprofessionalism is extremely high when this is a company that should be there for you. Is sad to see how people get paid to perform this mediocre.

Then one day they stopped calling and now I'm being charged astronomical fees. I'm very disappointed with the services I have received at the location 1604 &…read more Since the change I too have noticed not the best service and lots of confused staff . It's been 6 weeks & three trips into this bank and I have yet to receive my new debit card as of today! That is RIDICULOUS and each time they promise it's in the mail and they apologize for the inconvenience and I will get it in 7-10 days while the first one never came but they sware it was mailed and I had to pay $10 for a debit card I requested in front of them and they supposedly took care of it and I never received so back to this same branch and they claim they didn't see were one was ordered is that not insane !! Why not pull the video and just see if I ordered it or not! So supposedly they fixed it and was sorry that I had to go out of town with out my new debit card since current one was cracked! Well thank God my husband had his and this was important to have it was our daughter wedding weekend ! So I get back and guess what's in the mail ! A debit card for my husband who never ever applied or went to bank for a new card! That's very alarming and concerning that a new debit card was mailed for my husband whom had never requested a new card via phone email or in person so who authorized a that transaction and how often is this happeninh at this bank that customers debit cards are being mailed out without their approval or knowledge! As of today I still don't have a my new debit card I requested in person twice if not three times! I hate writing a bad review but this service warrant that and others to be observant of their services when utilizing this location I can't speak for other locations but for this one off 1604 & I believe that's Shaniefield. Yes I have wrote one good review before for this location that's when I thought the 30 min plus I spent in their was successful and I would be getting my debit card request lesson learned wait til service rendered before writing a good review ! Perhaps instead of handing customwrs papers to scar QR code for good reviews focus on getting our transactions completed accurately! If we spend $48.50 at anew store locally the fraud and alert either texting us or blocking our transactions perhaps they should spend more time reviewing how debit cards are being processed out of the paper work aligin with the customer request or debit cards just being ramdomly mailed out! Defiitley need a better verification process that the customer who requested the new debit card is the one the new debit card name is on and mailed to !!!! CAN I PLEASE GET My DEBIT CARD!!! Definitely need some training at that location this is the worst customer service at a bank that o have ever seen in my entire life and I'm a Navy Veteran who have moved often and never had any issues with banks! They take way to long to have gotten this wrong twice ! Thank you Laura H
