While I'm…read moretalking KIMBERLY decides to cut me off and talk over me and when I asked her if I could finish talking she very sharply told me NO! I thought for sure I must have misunderstood her because who in their right mind talks to a customer like that so I asked again, are you not going to let me finish talking and she stated with an attitude like I'm some child " No, I am talking now." Who talks to an adult like that?! Who talks to a customer like that?! I will be going to the BBB and am filing a formal complaint with the regional manager. This is unacceptable and HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL, I would imagine a company who prides themselves would not have someone like this working for them. Obviously KIMBERLY needs some customer service training. I will never recommend this company to anyone.
