I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at the PNC Bank…read morebranch in Raeford, North Carolina. I arrived at approximately 3:30 PM and observed that both bankers were assisting other customers, which I completely understand. I waited patiently to be seen. However, around 4:32 PM, after finishing with her customer, Banker Natasha walked the customer out and then went into an office with another banker, where they appeared to be laughing and socializing. Shortly afterward, Natasha returned and informed me that I would not be able to be seen. At that point, it was very clear to me that there was no genuine attempt or willingness to assist me or my son. After waiting for over an hour, I found this experience to be both unprofessional and disrespectful. This level of service was extremely disappointing, and as a result, I will not be returning to the Raeford PNC Bank branch. I would not recommend this location based on my experience. I hope this concern is taken seriously and addressed to improve customer service moving forward.

I phoned this office today and was able to speak to a real person - not a computer - within…read moreminutes. Andrea listened to me explain my inquiry. She needed to check some facts before responding and quickly returned to the phone with the answer. I was told what documents I would need to bring into the office in order to obtain the document I needed. Once arriving at their office the wait time was under 10 minutes and the lady was very courteous. I was out of their office in under 20 minutes. How refreshing to go to a government agency and get this sort of action. I spent 44 minutes on hold waiting to simply ask a question of a Federal Agency prior to this experience and that agency needs some staff development given by the Robeson County Social Services Staff on how to manage and treat the Public! I have to say , this Credit Union is by far better than any bank in North Carolina…read more They have branches in just about every city and they give excellent service. I am always greeted with a Hello when I come into the lobby. This place is the best to keep your money, it sure beats your mattress. Starts to get lumpy after a while.
