I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at the PNC Bank branch in Raeford, North Carolina.
I arrived at approximately 3:30 PM and observed that both bankers were assisting other customers, which I completely understand. I waited patiently to be seen. However, around 4:32 PM, after finishing with her customer, Banker Natasha walked the customer out and then went into an office with another banker, where they appeared to be laughing and socializing.
Shortly afterward, Natasha returned and informed me that I would not be able to be seen. At that point, it was very clear to me that there was no genuine attempt or willingness to assist me or my son. After waiting for over an hour, I found this experience to be both unprofessional and disrespectful.
This level of service was extremely disappointing, and as a result, I will not be returning to the Raeford PNC Bank branch. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.
