I had already informed the company that I was sick with influenza and would be making my payment on 3/5. I never denied my obligation to pay. Instead of handling the situation respectfully, she raised her voice, spoke in an aggressive tone, and repeatedly stated she had "no notes" and had the right to call anyone associated with my account. She also referenced the location where I originally took out the loan in a defensive manner, which felt unnecessary and unprofessional. I understand company policies regarding collections, but there is no reason to yell at a customer who is communicating and taking responsibility. The tone and approach were humiliating and completely inappropriate. Very disappointed with the customer service experience.
