Luckily, there were 6 tellers & 3 working at desks and one at an information desk. We, normally, do everything online so I haven't been in a bank in ages. And after seeing the line, it will be a while again. I'm not a fan of BoA. But I have had one account and a credit card that I have had for about 30 years so we keep it for emergencies or when we plan to make a big purchase in a place where we can't get to our regular Chase bank. I would use this only for the reasons we stopped today. Our teller was very nice and did a great job giving the 4 stars.

I have paperless notifications, text notifications and the app that allows notifications. When an overdraft occurs, I get no text, no email, no notifications on the app. I get a daily $5 overdraft charge. I get phone calls concerning possible fraud when I use my card but no notification when I can get charged $5 daily. I have tried to close my account over the phone because I moved 2 hours away but was told I needed to come in to close my account. Today I closed my account but I had to pay $95 in overdraft fees . This is a non-ethical bank.
