Yesterday 12/0125 about 1:45 pm My Mom and Dad are elderly . Dad couldn't hear the teller so my mom answered her question was told know one ask her a question to go seat down. They were told to move to the side never got helped. They were both discriminated due to age also the Teller Patricia Sanchez was Hostile poor customer Service. As a former bank teller with Washington Mutal who Chase bought out they would have never tolerated this behavior. This is the only Chase Bank in town so good or bad-this is it. Luckily, we like this branch. It has its own parking lot with enough spots even when it gets busy. We have not had long lines like someone mentioned. We have gone in and out, taking care of banking within minutes. The tellers and others we have worked with have been friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this Chase Bank. It seems to be a decent place to bank. read more

I have been with Chase Bank for many years and have referred many people to go there. We are very happy with this bank.

I give the bank a 0!! the worse experience of my life and my grandmother's who is 99 years old. Here is my story!! I called Chase bank requesting to speak to a manager because I really needed to make sure that what I was about to ask the information would be accurate. I called and I spoke to Robert Valenzuela on 05/03/2023 at about 330pm. I told him my name and I asked him if they could open up an trust account for my grandma, I advised him that my grandma is from California whom is visiting me in ARIZONA and has a paper ID with her expired ID and need to get this check in an account as soon as possible time running out on it and I will to drive my 99 year grandma all the way up there if he can get it done, Robert told me they could take her paper ID with her hard copy ID and her trust paper work and did I want him to make an appointment for next Tuesday!! I ask Robert, ARE SURE YOU ARE ABLE TO OPEN THE ACCOUNT UP, HE SAID YES!! I SAID IS HER ID AND TRUST PAPERS ALL YOU NEED HE SAID YES!! He then made an appointment with someone named Efren. On my appointment day which was approximately 4 days from when I spoke to Robert and 1hour prior to my appointment I got a call from Efren who proceeded to ask me what kind of account were we coming in to open when i know that Robert put down on the appointment it was a TRUST account. I told him trust account, I told him i as almost there and he proceeds to to tell me to wait a minute because he doesnt think he can open the account up because they need 3 days to send the paperwork through their legal department first! I said are you freaking kidding me you guys wait until the day of to tell us this when I am almost there way from arizona, he then says to me he will call me back he will go and check. Well he didnt call me back he had another female manager call me and she told me the same thing he told me and just told me she was sorry! I told her i just drove my 99 year grandma all the way down here and all you can say!! This bank needs corporate office to come and change management around!! This bank sucks big time and I am going to sue them!! read more

Do no bank with chase, If you have accounts with them I recommend you close them and not do business with them, before Chase decides to do it to you first. They closed all my accounts for no reason and when I checked you tube there is a video showing Chase closing other people's accounts also for no reasons. read more

The bank tellers here are very polite i can always find a parking space easilly and teller lines usually have one to two people inline letting me get in and out quickly. They also have a mobile app for iPhone and Android which lets you do mobile banking and deposit checks to your account with your smartphone's camera which is very convient for anyone on the go and little time to drive to the bank to deposit checks. read more
