On another note, they are open until 8 when every other shop closes at 7, these people know what customer service is, most people are still sitting in traffic at 7 trying to get to a pawn shop to make a last minute pawn/loan! Simple transactions like depositing checks (can be done at the outside ATM instead of at the service desk, too), exchanging currency, etc., have always been smooth. I've also sat down with a banker a couple times to change my name on my cards and get replacement cards. I have had to wait maybe 15 minutes max during my visits, as obviously there are peak busy times. I suggest going in the dead middle of a weekday afternoon if you can swing it, if you're in a hurry. (The branch on I think the 71 Frontage Rd/Ben White tends to be a little less busy.) Employees are courteous, even to snippity customers who hate waiting in lines, and although their friendly attitudes are definitely in the vein of fake-customer-service-voice style, I've always been treated with respect. All in all, a good branch!
