I had a little trouble finding the service door, but Jesus spotted me in the lot and pointed me in the right direction. Anthony, Steve and Matt were incredibly helpful right away even without an appointment or any heads up that I was coming in. These guys truly know cars and customer service. I hope I don't have to come back soon, but when I do, I'll definitely be returning here for service in the future.

We took our pickup there because the transmission had been slipping around road gear. They are supposed to do a free diagnostic of what the problem is and then call and see if you would like them to fix it, but my husband got called after they had already "fixed" the problem and were about to close. They said it was bad wiring and that it would be $75. We didn't raise a fuss about it because hey, stuff happens, they probably just forgot to call. So we paid the $75 and went home. A week later the transmission started to slip again. My husband explained to them what had happened, they said they would do a diagnostic on it. Just kidding! They called again, right before they were going to close, and said that it was a battery terminal that was corroded and that they had just gone ahead and fixed it. My husband and his mechanic friend didn't know what that even had to do with the transmission. So my husband swings by and tries to pay the $20 service fee with his debit card, and the guy there doesn't know how to run the card machine. So my husband has to run to an ATM and get 20 bucks to pay for something we weren't even expecting to be charged for. We probably will not go back there again.

They quickly found the problem to be the differential.....our transmission was fine. They ordered a differential that same day and had our vehicle repaired by the next day. They were very helpful with suggestions of where we could take our travel trailer in the area while the vehicle was in their shop overnight. They kindly stored our big oasis mirage tandem kayak we carry on our roof in their spare office. They provided us a loaner vehicle so that we could get to the campground. They were friendly, professional and efficient. Yes, they were fair priced as well. Our thanks to their staff.

Between pets and three kids, it had definitely seen better days. I purchased the full package because my kids sometimes eat in the vehicle & my dog sheds more than most. Also, my daughter had spilled an entire box of craft beads and they were stuck in the carpet pretty good. The food spills are gone, the carpet is clean, and the interior feels almost like the day I purchased it. My car had one previous owner, so it wasn't new when I bought it. I can see now that the dealership I purchased it from didn't actually deep clean it before I bought it because it seems cleaner now! He was also able to get the gunk out of my cupholder and vent areas, too. You can tell he takes pride in his work and pays attention to the details. I'll definitely be using his services again and highly recommend him to anyone who wants to refresh their vehicle.

We have had a number of business interactions with Chris over several years. Our hobby,…read moreJTVairs.com gets calls frequently to buy cars and we aren't a dealer. We've recommended well over a dozen buyers to Chris, all with happy endings. We've found Chris to be honest and fair. When a car has a problem, he is the first to step up and make it right, or work to make it right. There are customers that when they are given the requested refund CONTINUE to bash the dealer and that's incredibly unfair. What is the goal after you've been refunded? Seems there's a lack of character there. Or an agenda.

I really liked Chris from the beginning. Buy a car, make a friend was so true. I bought 3 Corvairs…read moreover the next few years and planned to buy more eventually. But the last one, well sad to say, he screwed up. I was supposed to get a really nice one, better than the ones I purchased before, also more expensive. We talked about this project multiple times and I was really excited about it. This was back in fall of 2021. So, no rush at all. Finally in December 2022, the day of delivery. The ignition key lock fell out and apart so we had to push the car to our house. From then on it was downhill. Chris warned me about an oil leak they detected while loading the car. And yes an oil leak it was. Someone screwed up the valve cover and its seal. They stripped the threads out by over tightening and then replaced it with longer screws. He gave me a discount because of this. The more we checked, the more we found. In short, it was a mix of broken or missing parts, faulty electrical wiring, ripped off or broken screws and a very botched paint job and body work (I paid extra to have it done nicely). I have pictures of all of it. I know he does budget restorations, but honestly whose budget is he restoring? Conclusion: Either he pulled a fast one, I fell for it because I trusted him, it is incompetence, a very botched job or even fraudulent, I really don't want to know. This car was never checked and should have never been delivered like this. So I contacted him about all my problems and what did he do? He brushed me off. It's ok, Patricia, like I made all this up. If this is your real policy then I going to buy my future cars from someone else, that is for sure. When you buy a car form him make sure all the detail are in a written contract. Write it down. And go to his shop to check the car you are buying in person. Sad, very sad!
