I left and paid till 9 pm and asked her to just close the door behind her when she leaves, because there is not enough room for me to be here while they clean. I came home at 10:39 to all my makeup , receipts and perfumes thrown together in a garbage bag sitting on my dresser and my new clothes still in the bags having been shoved into a laundry bag. She said she mopped the floors but the floor in the living area and bathroom were still very dirty . Neither the stove nor refrigerator were clean, so not sure what they did all that time . To top it off she tried saying I owed her two more hours. I paid her for four hours and then she tried saying my husband only paid her for three . I also made a mistake of paying cash to be nice after she took the train here for over three hours which lets you know she is not located in Chelsea. I live in Seagate- it is an hour train ride away. My house did smell like cheap fabuloso so maybe that's why the floors weren't clean . She was supposed to bring her own supplies but came with no vacuum. I see now there are no reviews and this is not a legit company. Also they put the candy that was on my dresser in the garbage bag which opened and all my expensive makeup pallets are now full of sugar!!

I had cked out the reviews prior to her coming and thought I would give this woman a try. BIG MISTAKE!! RUN do not allow this woman or her workers to clean your home. I use to clean homes professionally. This woman is not a professional house cleaner. I have aids in my home and they do light cleaning and dusting. I do not need someone to durst. I have asthma. I need the dust removed from the wall behind the dresser. She does not clean behind dressers. She told me that you wash kitchen cabnets from the top to the bottom. If you clean kitchen cabinets this way you will get streaks that will never come out. She told me my ins would only pay to have one room cleaned. The last Cleaning company that came to clean from my ins. company wa scheduled for a little over a week. She (Gloria) wanted only to wash the inside windows. I said look that window is on a door.. and there are a whole lot of windows that run up the wheelchair ramp. I should not tell you how to do ur job. I don't want to hear what the ins. is not going to pay for. As this was not my previous experience with another health ins. Cleaner. I hope yelp will allow me to keep this review. I priced the job.
