That was a serious problem because the Tuesday voting hours begin in the dark in the morning and end in the dark in the evening. On that same Monday Grigg sent a crew to fix our lights. They troubleshot the problem to a 35-foot-high metal light pole with a bare wire short circuit. They brought out their bucket truck in order to fix the problem. They worked continuously until they fixed the problem. We had functioning lights on Tuesday. This is extraordinary customer service.
