Because I have lost a great deal of strength, finding a studio and instructor who can scaffold instruction is important to me. Rise, and owner/instructor Carrie delivered. The aerial flow class is adaptable to all levels of strength and experience. Carrie breaks down poses and demonstrates to ensure all students understand the mechanics of each pose. It was easy to feel comfortable and confident, and to feel some muscle memory returning. I signed up for a membership and look forward to adding these classes to my fitness regimen. The same thing happened with the previous cohort and they allowed it again by not allowing the teacher the access to key topics they need to teach us correctly. This school is a joke and take that from a student ambassador if I didn't work here and been so close to the finish line I'd find another nursing school.
