I took an assignment through Resources On Call. Erin, my recruiter, was personable and consistently available. She addressed the few negative issues that arose quickly and professionally. I fulfilled my contract and would likely accept another with Resources On Call under the right circumstances.

They swithced apartments for me when I wasn't happy with my distance from assignment. They were heads above the rest. Now , much of the praise also goes to my specific recruiter Andrea Polito. I met others who were assigned to other recuiters and she is the best. The hospital that I am presently woking in ( permanent position) may close, so I called Anderea right away and it;s a relief to know that she is there for me in case I need her. They should give her a giant raise and promoter her.

Larry is the carpet guy who always cleaned my carpet and I give him Kudos for always being so nice to me. I cut ties with them on June 11, 2018 b/c I was told the time was 9am for arrival time. After 10am and no one showed up, I called Reed's and inquired about them being late. They told me they would be at my home between 11:30- 12:30. I specifically do not recall being told this time frame. I would not have gotten up so early waiting on them if I knew they were coming at this time frame but I was told two weeks ago 9am. I talked to a Michelle who turned out to be very rude and unprofessional in her words to me. She would not do anything to fix the issue of being told the wrong time. She suggested to me that she could give me names of other businesses to clean my carpet. Well, I thought this was very unprofessional to be told this. Then Michelle had a nerve to hang up the phone in my face. Now is this a professional way to act? They are not hurting for business. Anyway, I called back and sent a message to Michelle that she cost the company and bad rating on reviews. No customer deserves to be treated this way. Excellent job - very experienced professionals with a strong pride in workmanship. They started with thoroughly cleaning, sealing cracks, priming, and painting our home in under a week. Edges and lines between colors are nice and clean, clearly done with attention to detail. They were very respectful of my property, and once I got home, they ensured a walkway was cleared. These are people who are proud of their work!
