I had to visit the store to purchase an item for travel and was greeted by a very pleasant retail professional. She was smart, courteous, patient and intent to provide the very best in service and support for the potential transaction. After spending a reasonable 20 minutes in the store testing items, reviewing materials, etc I decided on purchasing the item. Without getting into too much detail, lets just say they promised me the product would be available for purchase (after spending that much time), but I had to wait for the product to move from a warehouse over the next few weeks. The product didn't arrive. A call never came to make me aware of the fact the product wasn't available. I was left to hang. Even after stressing how important this product was for the individual's health, there was no retail service at the end of the overall process. This store doesn't appreciate orders. This store doesn't care. This store should be avoided.

I was using an old roho loner seat from the home I started to use the replacement seat and it lasted 2 months. If you have any movement issues. DO NOT get A ROHO !! I'M using an old loner seat for now not a Roho. I purchased the chair 2 years ago ish. Do NOT BUY THE BENTLEY LT-R WITH POWER TILT XXXX THE BENTLEY LT WOULD BE A BETTER CHOICE

Long story short, they were very difficult or impossible to communicate with and they ended up going to the personal care home, taking my grandma's wheelchair which she was sitting on and had paid for in full, and they never apologized. Details: There was an initial misunderstanding between our family, the occupational therapist and Re-New Mobility about the terms of the deal for a wheelchair for my grandma. Misunderstandings happen, so we left several messages with Re-New to try to clear up the misunderstanding. Eventually they left a message saying that we either needed to pay in full (which they acknowledged wasn't the original terms) or they were going to go to the personal care home and take the wheelchair, which my grandmother was presently sitting in and living her waking life in. As soon as we got this message, we called Re-New Mobility's collections person. We told them we were very displeased about the changing terms and the lack of communication on their part thus far -- but we handed over our credit card over the phone and paid in full according to their demands. Later that day we discovered that Re-New Mobility had come to the personal care home and asked the staff to remove my grandma from her chair. They left with my grandma's wheelchair, which had been paid for immediately after we received their unreasonable demands. A kind company does not steal a wheelchair from an old woman with dementia. We called them to ask them why they had stolen my grandma's wheelchair. They returned the wheelchair with no apology. And they still have not brought over the new cushion that my grandma paid for. I whole heartedly recommend that all Winnipeggers find a different wheelchair provider for themselves or their loved ones.

They didn't know how to operate the cash register. We waited over 12 minutes and walked out and we won't be back.
