We had a late spring winter storm that left us with no heat in the middle of the night. When nobody would drive out because of the road conditions, they did. Without complaining or overcharging. We had to get a new blower motor, and Roland definitely was extremely professional. I would highly recommend this company as you will get what you pay for! Remember, skilled labor isn't cheap, and cheap labor is not skilled! I will say, however, that they are very reasonable on pricing considering the level of customer service I received! 5 stars all day!

Moved here from middle Tennessee. The new to us home needed repair on the hvac unit. Wouldn't cool…read more It was 12 years old and best I could tell it's been leaking Freon for years. The folks we bought it from just topped it off each time before they showed the house. So instead of struggling with the old unit All Temp installed a new unit for us. Two years later, I've had a couple of questions about the unit and they've answered those questions and even made a trip out once to help. Didn't charge me. I've got a bit of knowledge about these systems, and they've have answered honestly and not tried to mislead me. Their techs have great knowledge and are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend these guys. Equipment these days are expensive but you get what you pay for. Use them you won't regret it.
