Avoid like the plague. I contacted this company in May 2024 to help with taxes due for my aunt's…read moreestate. I asked the accountant Wayne for an update literally for months and got nowhere. Sometimes I had to email him several times for any response at all. When it was close to the deadline and I still had nothing from him, I asked what the anticipated cost would be because it's a pretty straightforward estate and was told $2500 to $3500 (which, on the low end, is $1k more than all other quotes I got.) When I asked for an itemized accounting of each cost so that I could understand why it was so expensive, I never got an answer. Finally, I had to sever ties because the deadline was so near. I asked Wayne to just give me what he got from the IRS, which was only a transcript dated 8/20/24, which means nothing was done on my aunt's estate for months. Finally, I sent it to my new accountant Albert Klein at Amick & Company PSC and he got everything done within 2 weeks and on time. I was only charged $750. The worst part is, I recently got a bill from LBMC for $750. $750 for almost nothing. They have a lot of nerve charging me anything at all after I begged for progress on this account for months and only got a printed off IRS transcript out of the whole thing. I'll make sure nobody I know ever works with this company. If they had any integrity at all they would respond with an apology and decline to charge me $750 for a printed off piece of paper
