In A Nutshell: -AccorHotels Arena was a nice venue for watching a French hip hop concert (Game Over 2). -As a huge fan of French rap the past 2 years, I was able to check out some of my favorite artists (Koba LaD, Naza, Alonzo, etc...) at this arena. -Scored some last minute tickets on Stub Hub & I was dumbfounded on how good of the seat was. -I was literally a few feet away from the stage, first row, right above the standing room only crowd. -The sound system was perfect, as well as the lighting. -The beers were light, but hey it's hard to find good beers outside of the USA. -Bathrooms were clean, security was nice. Overall, AccorHotels Arena was easy to find, you can take an Uber to/from here with ease. read more

Attended my first European concert here and saw Post Malone live.. By the way, amazing performance. We sat pretty high from the stage but the sound and view was great from above. You can find this Arena easily from the metro. read more

Came to AccorHotels Arena to see PHIL COLLINS! Be sure to pay attention to the signage that points to which door you need to enter because after going through 3 bag checks & body searches were we finally advised we were at the wrong door and forced to go outside and all the way around the building to the correct door, where you guessed it, we got to go through the same searches all over again Regardless, once inside, the process was smooth & we quickly found our seats Sight lines from the floor were great which was unexpected, given these were floor seats but they were staggered so you were looking through the shoulders of the people in front of you Seats themselves were a bit uncomfortable and we were thankful for the intermission ( no one was standing until the 2nd act ) Sound was clear Temp was on the hot side so bring layers ( if it's cooler outside ) Easy to get to and from, this was a fantastic Arena!! read more

Attended the Adele concert here last night. Great venue, relatively central & a breeze to get to on the metro or by train. The staff were friendly & helpful. I thought the acoustics were great. The audience was on top form and it was a great evening. I arrived late so I didn't get a chance to try any of the food & drink kiosks so I don't know if they are value for money or not. Crowd control & security was excellent. It didn't take long to exit despite the number of people. read more

[Mariah Carey Concert - 21/04/2016] Entrance: At the entrance, the staff was not able to show us the right direction. They invited everyone towards the same line - but in fact 2 different lines as per the category 1 and 2/3. We were waiting in the wrong line for 45 minutes. A good way to start a concert. Inside: Category 1 ticket - we were gently invited towards our seats, fine so far. When the concert started everyone stood up - trouble started. We were not able to see properly the stage, short people could not see anything as no screens were recording the stage. The staff tried to invite people to sit - only for few seconds - and then abandoned the idea. People were walking around the alley to be closer to the stage and take picture...people have no respect anymore. Bad Experience. Even Category 2 or 3 had a better experience. I will never spend that much money anymore for such a poor experience. AccorHotel should apologize and compensate for such poor experience. The sound of the place is poor and poor day by day. The sound is saturated and the reverberation created a weird sound effect. it felt like rehearsal quality, not a Diva show. Conclusion : - Disappointment towards the AccorHotel. Unfortunately, the only sizeable place in Paris for such kind of concert. - I advise to go towards smaller venue if possible or travel abroad if your artist is on tour. Bercy is not the same anymore. - Only 1 positive thing is : Security Check was fast and effective. read more

Ok, so came here for the Mariah Carey concert. It definitely is modern and freshly renovated inside. This is a very very large and spacious venue, and the staff seemed friendly and efficient in directing us in the right way toward our sections. We were quickly patted down upon arrival by same sex security staff, and then directed towards our seating. Everything was clean and new, and there were ample bathrooms. If there was a line at one bathroom, just walk a little to the next one and no line (like at most venues). Inside there were various food stands serving beer and food (including hot dogs, ham sandwiches, Thai food even...) but they were out of hot dogs. Boo. Beer was reasonably priced if I remember correctly (prob 7€ a pint for basic Heineken). My main gripe is that we paid quite a bit for category 1 seating but were so freaking far away! Like I shudder to think what the view would have been like if we had gotten the cheaper category 3 seating.... I guess that is to be expected at a concert and especially at a larger venue. The problem at the Mariah Carey concert was that she didn't use the screens. Like we could just see an ant on the stage and the screens were used to broadcast various background scenes (butterflies or like various sections of old music videos). Maybe that was a conscious choice because she is older and didn't want her face zoomed up on the screens. Maybe she is a Diva and thinks if u didn't pay a thousand euros a ticket, you shouldn't see me up close. Who knows? But yea we still definitely had fun. read more

Arena was easy to reach via Metro. Lots of concessions and restrooms so lines moved quickly. All areas had good view of stage and good acoustics. Highly recommend venue lot large concerts read more

The facility looks good but I am super disappointed by the poor sound quality we have experienced there for a concert. People were selling ear plugs to protect your ears at the entrance. I never needed that for past concerts on other locations so I did not purchased them. Once the concert started, the saturated sound really hurt my ears so after a few songs I left to find the ear plugs sellers in the lobby. they were gone... and the whole concert has been awful for my ears. it was just heavy noise and not music anymore. If your favorite artist is playing on other concert halls, I would recommend to go elsewhere. read more
