I have tried to call to discuss my terrible experiences with Access Health but nobody knows who to send me to. I was told I don't have a UTI but it's likely cystitis (and told me this is like arthritis of the bladder), now I'm no doctor but I think that was a ridiculous statement! He also said I likely have a kidney infection. I waited for 20 minutes for labs and could see that were having a little group visit which apparently stopper patient care. read more

I called @ 8:58 to schedule an appointment and was transferred to another clinic in Mabscott. I had…read moreto leave a message once transferred. I chose this clinic because it was very close to where I'm staying. Amanda from the Mabscott clinic called me back two hours later and had no idea why I was transferred. She spoke to Karen at the Daniels clinic that I originally had called, transferred me and I had to leave another message with no response.
