We called them to see if they would be willing to give us a small discount or any money off if we were to purchase a new one from them, and the lady laughed at us on the phone. Unprofessional and rude. I have purchased quite a few things from them in the past including a stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, and then had them "fix" or dryer, but I will no longer be a customer here.
