First of all they fully charge me for the full amount instead of a dollar for the first month for the first unit and I never got a refund back secondly they charge me for the second unit full price and it wasn't a dollar for the first month like it's advertised. Then as I was putting my stuff in a storage unit I noticed a large water leak and I told him about it and nobody is doing anything about it. I've sent about three emails and nobody is replying to any of them. I'm honestly about to just move my stuff out and do away with this place. Also the Bluetooth wireless connection to the gate never works I always have to manually punch it in. Everything is such a hassle since I started storing my stuff at this place
