In 6yrs the bill increased from $80/mo to $210/mo!! We have to fog for spiders constantly! Won't put weather strip on bottom of stg. Door. No attendant is on site if u have a problem. I'm actually afraid to go to my unit because on several occasions I have had to listen to nearby renters cussing loudly at each other & man telling her he's gonna use his gun if she doesn't Shut her Fu#%^£g mouth. Had 3 men yelling that they were "gonna get the white girl that's alone in her unit & make a bunch of money on her shit". It was 7:30pm, dark outside & I called my husband demanding he get here now. read more

I would give zero stars if I could. They canceled my unit, without my knowledge, and I realized the unit wasn't on my account tonight. My move is tomorrow!! I had paid my bill starting 8/26/23 and hadn't even moved into the unit yet. I called customer service, and they said they tried to call me twice on Labor Day 9/4/23 because there wasn't a lock on my unit. I had zero incoming calls that day except for family and friends, so they were dishonest and didn't try to contact me. I found a nicer unit somewhere else and am hoping for better customer service with the other company. If Public Storage contacts me and gives me a full refund for what I paid thus far then I will update my review to at least acknowledge an attempt at some level of customer service. read more

I am very happy with the storage area we have. We are gathering two of our sons things so they can move out of state.

I have been with them for 6 years. While I dont have many issues, I do have a few... 1 the door is always looks like it is half broken. The main reason for the 1 star is i never had a freaking storage place keep raising my rates...ever!. I just got notice my rates are going up again! Now looking for moving my stuff out and finding a different place. I do not recommend this place at all. read more

Well it's not hard to get into a unit but when it comes to getting out of it it takes an act to congress I call on the 16th of November and canceled my unit and they are trying to charge me for December and I'm not paying for it it's all on record that I called and canceled it and no one has got back to me don't know what to tell them and it better not mess up my credit score read more

The initial set up on the 1st day with Carli was pleasant and no issues , but tge 2nd day that i went to the storage office with another girl in there wasn't very proffessional , didn't seem as knowledgable and friendly as Carli . Went to the unit and office 3 times that day just to finish set up and she was gone from office both times - door locked and tgree people waiting outside for her at around 10:30 am waited for about a half hour for ger to get back . Second time nobody in office around 12:30 and black vehicle gone n waited about 25 minutes this time sitting in my car, with office locked . 3rd time was about 2:00 p.m. and she is gone again with office unlocked and no one around . Just walked out of office and left for the day . Will see how dependable the office is in the future, once again on the 1st day everything was good with Carli . read more

Terrible customer service. They constantly raise rent price. The longer you are a loyal customer the more they screw you over.

Had a decent experience with move in day, frustrated that i had to use their lock, couldn't bring my own. Relatively cheap compared to other units around town. My one big issue is I HAVE to be done moving my things by 9 each night. I work a lot, so unlimited access would be preferred. read more

My mother had a storage there for almost two years and recently passed away. Tamara, a worker at the facility, was very helpful with my need to get a locksmith to cut the lock and also helped with finding a smaller storage. She was very professional and very helpful with my application and so forth. I recommend anyone to have a storage unit, go see Tamara. read more

Kenneth had phenomenal customer service skills and made my check-in very easy, even though I arrived much later than I told him. I was able to bring my own disc lock and my renters insurance covered the requirements for insurance needed at the storage unit. Overall a very easy process and I have no complaints with my time using the facility. read more

I had to use Public Storage in a quick pinch I was in recently. They were extremely helpful and quickly got me into a great unit within about a 24-hour window, including getting me into the actual unit basically the day of my move. Tarrena was the employee on staff who worked with me and she went out of her way not only providing the service, but to make the moving experience a particularly pleasant one. I would recommend working with Public Storage, and Tarrena to anyone. read more
