I have been with Dr Hackl through 2 practices and around 15 years. If I had to describe the practice in one word I would say Kindness. I have always felt good about going to this office and they always treat me with respect. I have back pain and the first 5 years were a puzzle but it came together and now we are on maintenance with an occasional rare rough spot. The Team at Access is truly Patient centered. Communicating is key. Let the staff know when the puzzle pieces are not fitting together so they can work it out for you. It's what they do! read more

Pain management. They lied about my urine screening several times. I started going to another pain doctor and they lied to them keeping me from getting any help! They also are being sued for billing medicaid for services that wew not medically necessary or were never provided!!! This is on record. My hiring a lawyer. Don't go to this place!!! read more

Access Pain Solutions is a winner! I had been using another pain management facility in Tulsa, but I just was not happy with the progress I was making. So, I spent hours reading patient reviews of other doctors and facilities that specialize in pain management. Access Pain Solutions stood out as one of the better facilities based on the patient's reviews. My first visit was with Dr. Van Doren. He got me lined up to get an MRI, so he could determine exactly what the problem was with my lower back. Then he laid out the treatment procedures to follow. I had two different injections and an ablation. Those procedures were performed by Dr. Hackl and Dr. Starkey. My back will never be perfect, but it is so much better, thanks to their service. Every person that I came in contact with, from the doctors to the front desk staff was polite, friendly and professional. This is a great medical facility. read more

these people are liars do not trust anything they tell you they they will cancel you for no apparent reason after they have you addicted to pain medication for a year they will simply cut you off. These people are out to do nothing but hurt you. Their staff is rude, Casey was the only person I thought I could trust there and then she's let me down. The building in Muskogee is disgusting the last time I was there and they were dirt all over the floor and multiple times I've seen bugs in the in the rooms, crawling on the floors in the walls of different species, the insect , and then they want to do a procedure in that kind of environment. These people are nasty. They are just waiting to get somebody infected. Do not use these people. read more

Each person I have encountered has been very professional and communicative and my impression is they like what they do and they do it well. Being compassionate is a plus!! If your Tx. requires more than "how are you doing, we'll get your scripts called in," DON'T go here. They'll call you and say you're fired due to some BS reason relating to workers comp. read more

The front iodide staff to the people who take your urine test to the doctors in the back are all wonderful! They may not let you leave to use the restroom but if you tell them you need to go but it's for a good reason. You could alter any test, have someone else pee in a cup for you, or even prevent you from using the bathroom when you are taking your tests because you can't go again when it's time. I have a very weak bladder and when I tell them I need to use the bathroom they always move me ahead for the test and I then go back in the line where I was supposed to be. read more

The first doctor they stuck me with, was caught stealing pain meds & injecting them at his prior place of employment so he's on permanent probation, then he got a DUI. I asked for a different pain doctor, and they sent my phone call to the manager, who cursed at me, asked me a question, then would cut me off and proceed to tell me he won't "argue" with me. I've encountered this type of narcissistic ego personality before in pain management so I wasn't surprised, but yes, I was shocked at his rude attitude. Who wants a previous junkie overseeing their well being, especially when the "treatment plan" involves NOT having "access to pain solutions", for fear I might have "troubles", not me. Give me a break. I'm a responsible adult, & not the "doctor" who stole pain meds and shot them up at his work place. So my new doctor tells me, "I don't want to open the door and have you asking for more and more pain meds", so he keeps me on the inneffective pain patch that is actually for people "addicted to opioids". the Tramadol, which didn't even used to be controlled is more effective at nullifying the back pain I have from 12 years of heavy lifting things nobody at that hospital could do, jumping on my back as a child, and being born with a rare disease that makes me literally have the body of an 84 year old man. I brought papers to read but new doctor "glanced over them", and "saw enough" to "get an idea", yet he refused to give me access to pain solutions. He wears a "mask" that literally does nothing but helps him huff & puff and lose oxygen to his brain which is probably why he has a horrible thought process. I was already on effective pain medication, but thanks to the fentanyl idiots, they decide to put me on a patch that still lets me constantly feel my spinal column in nauseating waves, & tell me they won't even increase that dosage, while lowering the only effective pain med, which was the Tramadol, which didn't even used to be a "controlled substance". I can't believe people can't buy it at walmart, it's much ado about nothing. To top it up, the doctor squeezed my hand harder than anyone else ever has, and it wasn't pleasant at all. I rubbed the wrong ego tripping person the wrong way yesterday when I needed to refill the pain med patch that still has me aching in nauseating pain, so I now need to "find someone else". If you want to deal with absolute unprofessionalism and physical torture, this here is your place. Negative 10 Stars. read more

My daughter recently started with this clinic after finally getting some insurance reinstated. They knew she was on Sooner Care and continuously prescribe medication that Sooner Care won't cover and they won't follow through to either get the medication covered or get her a prescription that is covered by her insurance. They have threatened to dismiss her because here she is a week from her next appointment and she still hasn't been able to get her last prescription filled. This leaves her without pain care for weeks. All of the licensed personnel in that office, like in any other, have taken oaths to treat their patients with compassion. These people are rude and cruel. I am recommending that she find someone else to care for her pain and I recommend that you keep looking too if you don't have big name insurance. read more

The front office staff was rude. Told me that if I left the waiting room to use the restroom that I wouldn't be seen, even after being told multiple times that I wasn't being seen for meds. I will not go see them again and will tell everyone how rudely I was treated. read more

It is probably the worst Doctor I have ever been to, If your ever late for any reason ( 10 or 15 Mins. ) You have to reschedule and it may be as much as a week later. After my last appointment I received a phone call then an email telling me they would no longer be able to see me, with no explanation. I have a Workers Comp. Claim so everything is out of my control, Dr. Hackl let me run out of the pain meds that I have been taking for almost 10 years,with out even giving me a reason. When I was going there they all made me feel like some kind of criminal because the piss test was the most important part of the visit by far. Everyone that works there were all new employees every month so it was like I was new every month. It is all about the money with these guys they just run people through with out even an exam, all they do is write prescriptions so they can collect the money. All the so called nurses were rude and unprofessional. There are too many good options in town please don't go here. read more
