It took a month to make a single blind…read moreand when when they installed it it was missing the ability to close the blind except to pull out a step ladder and drag it down!!! I have had 10 phone conversation and two different people come out to tell me it was silly for them to have sold me this blind and another to tell me the same and that in fact it is really too short as well. After my 10th email I finally gave up and opened a dispute with my credit card company. Obviously I won the dispute and got 1/2 my money back. AVOID these very nice but completely INCOMPETENT people.
