I had a door fitted to my garage in 2017. The door is so thin it's actually a window blind. It worked ok for a couple of years but then the sensors on the side kept indicating an obstruction so prevented the door closing so I had to wind it down manually. Shortly after that the motor stopped. STAY CLEAR OF ESSATTI, VECELLI AND ROMAN GARAGE DOORS. They are all owned by the same man and he is a crook! I bought 2 garage doors of which one broke after just 3 weeks. This was in July 2016 and I am still left with a garage door that I cant use. (September 2016) They tried to charge me £500 to repair it which frankly isn't going to happen. I am now taking this further, but please save your cash and invest it in a reputable company who are not going to rip you off. read more

Appalling company, completely avoid, they change there name all the time and leave the poor customer in a mess with doors that won't work. They demand cash so not covered by visa either. Check them out on company check site, owned by the Kelly family, usually Paul Kelly, always the same address just a different name. They are scamming people. At the moment they are called Roman garage doors but have been called Vecelli garage doors and Esatti garage doors.Etc. Beware and avoid. They need to be stopped. read more
