We made an appointment to visit with Mr. Hammond and my dad signed a contract for a package service totaling $2500.00. We were to go back to his office in a couple of weeks to sign documents and have paperwork filed with the court. My father passed away before anything was done. I spoke with Mr. Hammond about a partial refund of the money my father had given him. Mr. Hammond declined to refund any of the money saying his hourly fee is $800.00 and he felt as though he earned the money. I'm not sure if Mr. Hammond had a legal obligation to refund the money,but his decision speaks poorly of his character, in my opinion.

They said it will be about 2 weeks but I was able to get it back in a tad over a week which was pretty amazing. The only problem is While they had my generator a button got broken and nobody fixed it or told me about it. When I got home I ran the generator to make sure it was fixed, thats when I discovered the broke button. Not to much of a big deal because I called the shop right away they ordered a replacement on the spot no questions asked. In all it was a little inconvenience nothing major and they handled it all like professionals The generator runs perfect btw and yeah I would definitely go back here because you can tell a shop is pretty great by the way they handle problems. I watched and Randy did a great job sharpening the blades, doing the oil changes and generally fixing and cleaning both mowers. Now they are clean inside and underneath. He gave me pointers on how just washing and putting mowers away may leave stuff clumped and not cleaned out. The fee was very reasonable for all the work. I like not having to take my rider out to a shop. All was done on my driveway. He has all the tools. He didn't grease the front end. The mowers are now in running shape. Quicker than taking out.
