Make sure you toast before stepping out to explore downtown. The hotel beds are very comfortable, the rooms are clean, and they smell good. This was just a temporary halt for us on the way down south but would consider staying at this hotel next time.

From check in to the request for late check out (highly suggest becoming an IHG member) to actually checking out, everything and everyone about this hotel was truly amazing. We were greeted warmly with 2 vouchers for a complimentary glass of wine at the bar. The room was stylish and modern. I appreciated that the AC unit was hidden in a cabinet with openings, I don't see that often. What really did it for me is that the bathroom not only came with the usual hair dryer but also a plug in vanity mirror that I was able to take into the room so I could free up the bathroom for my husband. Bed, pillows and comforter were top notch, no complaints, my husband even wanted to take a pillow home. we didn't!! At check out, Donovan was so accommodating that he made a cup of coffee for my husband because we missed the coffee bar and breakfast. I will 100% stay here again while visiting Chattanooga.

They have shuffleboard, pool, and ping pong available for free. There's also a coffee bar in the lobby to help perk you up! The rooms are very spacious. We stayed in a two-bedroom suite that included a large sitting area and a full-size kitchen with all the amenities. There are several board games in the room to play. The rooms were very quiet at night, and the bedrooms did not have windows, which actually worked out great because the sun didn't wake you up early. The staff was very nice and attentive throughout our stay. One tip, if you have a car, ask about parking in the public parking garage. They'll send you a text with a QR code so you can come and go as you please for one daily fee. If you're traveling to Chattanooga for a visit, you need to stay here. Safe travels!

For our recent wedding anniversary, my husband and I decided to travel to Chattanooga and stay at…read morethis hotel. We were impressed by the layout of the rooms available as we booked the hotel about two weeks before our stay. We ended up in a two bedroom two bath with king beds in both rooms. This lucked out for us as we were able to each have a bathroom to ourselves. Upon arriving at the hotel, we were greeted by the front desk staff. The check-in process was very quick and they assisted us with parking at the nearby covered lot. Once we got to our room, I was really impressed by the overall aesthetic and cleanliness. I did tell my husband at one point during our day that we should just move in and never go back home. The room we stayed in only had one window and the entire apartment-like set up and that was in the living room. This allowed us to sleep in almost every day that we were there. And truthfully, it was needed. We were both exhausted. Turndown service was available as requested with a one day notice. But, we ran out of towels, one day and a quick text allowed us to get a new batch within minutes. Trash has picked up every day so all you have to do is put the bag outside of your door and that's taken care of. One day, during our trip, we decided to walk around downtown Chattanooga. This allowed us to see how many different restaurants and things to do were within a 30 minute walk. So I was very impressed with that. We also had dinner and brunch at some of the restaurants within a block away, which was perfect for us to not have to drive to really enjoy the trip. We did not get the chance to try the Chattanooga Brewing Co. restaurant during our stay, but we did buy boxes of tea and drinks from the Clemons Café. Our drinks were delicious. (Thank you, Avery!) And I am excited to try the tea now that I'm home. Overall, I will definitely stay here again. The next time we go back to Chattanooga. I have already recommended the hotel to two friends.

Service was excellent. The only negative thing was the cold lobby. The outside temperature was below freezing and the lobby was noticeably cold. A vintage (c1954) Crosley Hotshot motorcar was displayed in the lobby. An unusual spiral staircase was in the middle of the hotel interior which had 4 glass enclosed elevator shafts. Very unique. A tapas and wine bar on the top floor was excellent and the regular restaurant in the lobby was very nice, as well. Highly recommended. Valet parking.

It was a corner room with beautiful window space and a great view of the strip! Love the backsplash in the bathroom and the handheld shower attachment as well. The heated pool is a great amenity. All of the valets were wonderful, and even gave great suggestions for fun things to do around the area. Definitely would visit again in a future trip
