I can't say enough amazing things about this spa! From the moment I walked in, the whole experience…read morewas so calming and welcoming. I went in for a facial and eyelash service, and it ended up being so much more than I expected. The facial itself was incredible--my skin felt refreshed, glowing, and so hydrated--but what really stood out was all the little extras. While my face was being treated, I also got pampered with hand and arm care, which made the whole experience feel so luxurious and complete. Everything felt thoughtful, unhurried, and truly relaxing. You can tell they really care about making you feel taken care of, not just rushing you through an appointment. It honestly feels like you get way more than what you pay for. If you're looking for a place to unwind, be pampered, and walk out feeling like a new person, this is it. I'll definitely be going back!

There was a noticeable lack of professionalism that last waxing session, so much so that I told her I would not be returning. I left an honest review previously, but it did not get published!

As a transgender woman, I had been feeling apprehensive about starting electrolysis- not because of…read morethe pain, but because I know I can't always count on being treated well. Diane has been completely professional, explaining what to expect every step of the way. She has been extremely accommodating with regards to scheduling, and (although at first I was skeptical of scheduling by text) it turns out that I've never had a more convenient experience interacting with a healthcare / beauty provider. As you might expect, electrolysis hurts! But after 8 hours of treatment, Diane has been able to do a full sweep of my face and I have significantly reduced facial hair now. Her rates are very reasonable and I can wholeheartedly say that she is a good choice if you're trans and you want to get your face zapped.

Wendy guided me in (door between "Hatch" and "Nest," go up one floor and turn left) and I found a very small but cozy space that was sparkling clean, tastefully decorated, and calming. Wendy herself was an absolute love. She made sure to check in with me frequently during my two procedures, she was polite, friendly, and just the right kind of chatty. Her technique was gentle and, while not painless because somebody is putting hot wax on your flesh and tearing out hair at the root, minimally painful. I have only had a couple of previous waxing experiences, but this was by far the best. I am in town on vacation so sadly I will not be a regular client, but if I did, I would be.
