I was in need of getting the windows to my home tinted due to migraines. I had 4 companies that failed to arrive on the agreed appointment times. Kenny came over and measured my windows gave me a fair estimate and on top of that he extended a military discount. Be also informed me that he does 1st Responder discounts as well. When the date for installation of the film arrived. He was here on time and ready to work. Kenny and his son set up their gear and began to prep the windows. After they went room to room I definitely noticed a big difference in the lighting. The master bed room and living rooms had the darker of the tints and it made watching TV and later sleeping a lot better. The best way to defend yourself is to keep them out. Accentrick is exactly what I needed. Kenny and his son are amazing. Great, reasonable pricing and above-and-beyond customer service. He even went to Home Depot to buy dowels to slide into every window frame and he installed a kickplate into one of my door latches. That extra bit of security for my home mattered to Kenny. Lastly, he told me he'd be back in 3 months to put down some kind of "security sealer" on every window to anchor the sealer down. He didn't have to tell me that and I never would have known. I always use Yelp to find great places so I found this place for my car tinting. There was a 1 week wait which is reasonable for anything. The owner, Kenny greeted me & made sure which tint I wanted. He knew I didn't have a ride so he gave me a ride to the nearest Starbucks. He told me it would take about 4 hrs, but actually only took 3.5. He even came back to pick me up. When I seen my car, it looked fabulous. I loved it!!! Its always great for customer service to be #1.
